​The Grant program originated in 1977 and has supplied over $1,750,000. to various groups for civic rural improvement projects. Grant funds are intended to further the economic development of agriculture/agribusiness and natural resources in your local community.  Group members will acquire knowledge and skills in community leadership.  We want to help our young people understand the principles and fundamentals of community development. 

Get Organized, Get Involved
The grant program is designed to accomplish specific learning, participation, and achievement goals.  Big or small ORRC may be able to assist your club with a matching funds grant.   Beautification projects by school and civic organizations display positive camaraderie in your community.  This goes a long way in the encouragement of people to stay and come live in your rural community.
